Does not compute...

Must be 100+ PLDs on any given server that have finished disc and could start floor 96 for you (given any kind of reasonable offer). Being upset that you have a low lvl disk and it will take some work to get the WS points you need is one thing, but having a very simple way to get 100% drop weapons really closes the door on complaining about not being able to get a weapon >_>

Better question - why do people like this get Assault Breastplates, yet everyone in my ls does UG runs every week and we haven't seen a breastplate in YEARS.
