Bravura WAR on my server that uses Koenig whenever he wants, usually to TP on.

But hey, at least he has HQ amemet, amirite?

there is nothing wrong with useing some König gear as "OH shit" gear when shadows/third eye are/is down. Cuts down alot of dmg, off course you swap in other gearslots as much accuracy gear in as possible and counter the -DEX with byakko's haidate and useing genbu's instead of konig head + use of retallation. You loose lots of haste but retallation can make up for that loss until shadows/eyes are up again, with bravura there shouldnt be much accuracy problems at all. Saves MP and sometimes lifes!

Yes, but he used just about the entire set, and I can't remember if he WS'd in parts of it as well with his Maat's cap. I know about the defensive purposes, but he was never doing enough damage to warrant using it to negate damage at all.

Rajas + Butal + Askar does = a 6 for SAM

But 2 points:
1. It requires capped merits (if he has been 75 for a long time then he should have this, but if he doesn't then this would explain the hands)
2. You have to full time all 3 pieces, so you can't wear an osode for WS, maybe he is using the hands to allow him to use osode for WS?

No doubt he isn't doing it right (he should have full merits and use dusk hands) but he is hardly doing it massively wrong.

You should see some of the DD in my dynamis shell... they would make that guy look good.

That's also a talisman cape (untouched), Hale Ring, Morion Earring, no I didn't catch that player mid swap (I was stuck in the pt with it). Refused to haste / erase DD because 500MP with a 75WHM PL is too much MP amirite? Then proceeds to go emo when asked to haste the DD and shout about the PLD / naughty people in the pt in WG *^^*

Ebody with AF1 feet is gimp, town or not. There are plenty of better feet options out there, especially at 75.

Ignoring the Quick Belt, he could just have swapped out his Dusk Feet/Hands for running around in. Rune Halberd is obvious town gear.

Apart from the belt, I see nothing wrong with that war.


And actually, let's look at the belt. People will use Blitz ring over Toredor, but will laugh at Quick Belt over Life Belt? So you'll swap 7Acc for 1% haste but wont swap 10acc for 2% haste?

I wanna make clear I'm not saying "he's doingitright", I'd bet he doesn't when or why that belt is better/worse than a life belt.

But at the same time I don't understand how you can laugh at someone for using quick over life belt when you regularly advocate blitz over toredor.
(Assuming he has had bad luck with swift and can't afford speed - which is completely understandable and believable. Some people have gone 0/15 etc on swift.)
