    Need a recommendation on flv to ipod video converter

    Been trying to find one that will work over the course of 2 weeks. Found some that only work part way or blocked out the video or needs to be purchased or had a hidden virus. Does any know of one that is free and easy to use. Thx in advance!

    What is the ipod video format? Any Video Converter trial/free edition does a few.

    Super is what I use for pretty much all my converting needs. It's free and easy to use. You can also convert pretty much anything into anything with it so you can use it for more than just an ipod converter.

    Ipod video format is m4v not Mp4. Similar...but different enough to piss me off on a regular basis when I forget that.

    I use videora as well. It's cluttered with ads, but still works pretty well.

    They're essentially the same thing; you can change the file extension on a .mp4 to .m4v and it will play just the same. I believe the only difference is that .m4v's can carry DRM (probably wrong on that though).
