One question: Why did you level BST? You seem to have totally missed the entire experience of the job.

It's almost entirely useless to have at 75 compared to other jobs, I hardly ever play mine any more. Leveling it from 1-75 totally solo or with the odd duo was a hundred times more fun than anything I've done with it once it's been 75. Like Cesaria said, leveling BST is all about the experiences that happen while you were leveling, I had so many crazy situations that I somehow got out of alive. Or hell, some that I ended up dead, but it was still a ton of fun.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not outraged about you leveling it this way (as some others seem to be), or anything like that. I actually just feel bad for you, you really missed out.

The only good reason to level bst is Maat's Cap.

You're not a BST untill you've experienced the ups and downs of it all. Getting a level you waited for for so long and then deleveling moments after it, solo'ing NM's that normally require alliances, surviving with 1 HP left , it are these things that make BST , BST.

And you, are not a BST.

To wear fluffy armor and pop silly pets. I would have rather killed myself than exp it "the normal way" like everyone says, waaaay too tedious. First time I soloed BST I ended up outclaiming 2 people camping JEJ randomly when I ran by and saw it was up @ 8 BST and tossing all of Ronfaure at it and eventually killing it. After that I just turned BST into a sub par DD though its really not bad at all with good gear.

I use my BST for random small solo stuff at 75, like farming, quests, and soloable missions. It's quite well geared, but I don't think I've taken it to an event since... uh.... maybe 2007? Never seems to be a good fit for anything that involves a party or (especially) an alliance.

Fun job but needs some major buffs if it's ever going to get out of the ghetto, on the level of the ones that helped SAM and DRG a while back.
