I found it to be boring.
I found it to be boring.
I didn't have to put hundreds of hours into the game, or even hundreds of seconds to find myself saying... wow, this shit sucks.
Hey, don't blame me... not my fault your precious game sucked a bag of cocks.
Your imagination certainly is vivid...
God fuck, damnit Kohan now I just hear that moist suction-cup slapping noise like a golf clap for no reason.
Is that what two faggots balls slapping together sounds like?
QUICKLY, DRWAFFLES... WE NEED YOUR EXPERT OPINION!
I don't know, I just pictured what a fat guys stomach sounded like when it jiggled then I slapped the two together in a pornographic dull hump, I imagine floppy nutsack wars sounds a little like Adam Sandler playing with his stomach flap in Click.
Well... regardless, PSO sucks.
oh god, what the fuck have I started now, kohan's going off like a fangirl again
ok, look, let's get a few things straight here.
Monster Hunter starts off slow as balls. I couldn't take it right now; I bash it out of anger; shut the fuck up, it happens.
PSO/PSU is dull as hell but still manages to be fun (for a while, pending on how much you actually like using techs/different weapons/etc etc ETC). I enjoyed PSO a lot when I was younger and threw way more time into it than I should have (played DC/GC and dabbled with Blue Burst for a bit).
Sera: any picture or description you've seen of me doesn't apply anymore--apparently quitting FFXI makes you stop being massive because you actually move, thanks for the constant jokes along these lines though, they make me laugh at what I used to be
ANYONE THAT SAYS PSO/PSU's COMBAT IS NOT MENTALLY DULL SHOULD BE SHOT ON SIGHT.
seriously
afk playing Tales of Hearts
Don't worry, we'll still laugh at what you are instead of what you used to be.
PSU was fine, you faggots were probably casuals and didn't know what it was like to drop a mission in record time.
Only problem was the tedium that was leveling some weapons/techs/skills. The gameplay shit all over PSO though.
I played Portable (exactly the same shit + some slowdown), it wasn't as terrible as everyone makes it out to be. Couldn't get into it like I did PSO though. They made it much easier (which is sayin' something considering how easy PSO is until you hit Ult and are underleveled).
Easier? Rofl in what world, the gameplay was much faster paced if you aimed to actually do it right. Things flat out bitchslapped you if you didn't have the right armor and how quickly things went down was completely determined by how well equipped and tightly knit a group you were.
If you treated it like challenge mode with a higher item threshold, the game was fun. The only issue was that if you did it right it was essentially like running through ruins in way too short a time and there was way too much travel between multiple high item or xp yield zones.
I was talking random enemies, not bosses. The bosses were just as hard as PSO's were (though just a case of learning patterns from what I saw). Damn near every random enemy I encountered could be launched into the air with a single PA, it made shit stupid easy. I still need to put more time into it to see what enemies near the end are like though, so you can probably disregard my comments entirely if the game suddenly has some sort of challenge on the end areas.
