Your argument regarding what is suggestive is true. And where Tyche said in different contexts is where the problem you're having understanding lies.

i saw this on the way to work this morning. I thought it was neat looking..... Although, it's not very random; it is O.o worthy. The fact that it was cruising along directly above the I-10 tunnel made it easily visible (and made traffic slow to a crawl)
