If you purchase before the end of this month you will be billed August 1st, if you purchase anytime throughout after registration server, and billing maintanence you will be billed at the beginning of september.

wouldn't some form of fastcast +5 on galea be great for paladin? whether it be /rdm or /nin. or maybe the Wturban returns better results?

You should start your cast in Fast Cast and then, before the spell finishes, you can switch to Wturban to minimize the recast timer or you can switch to something else like +enmity gear.
