    I have the low-end garmin Nuvo (i think its called). Doesn't say street names, but it gets me where I am going. Plus I put GLaDOS (or w/e the capitalization is) as the voice. <3

    I'd go with TomTom. Bought one years ago and never looked back. Mine came with a code card that'll allow you to download maps for other countries.
