Not much input, but I SB'd the Fulm that finished off our alliance and it still got through some how.

During a recent Khim my LS fought, I clearly remember RDM/DRKs getting repeatedly resisted from the third or fourth Stun.

Since PLDs have been bashing whenever recast was up and we only had 2 or 3 DDs, making it a pretty long fight, I came to the conclusion that Shield Bash builds resist.

I have to disagree on this. In my experience I noticed shieldbash is "physical" which means it doesnt add any resistance to stun. Since Khimaira is resistant to magic, your best bet as some of the above posters already mentioned is to use stunners with high dark skill such as blm and drk.

I have tanked like 30+ khims always shieldbashing when its up never noticed it affect stuns resists also I was stunning like 30 more on rdm/drk in dalmatica(+rest of good looking gear) and like whatever staff i had on and same deal don't think i was ever resisted. It really takes like 15 stuns to start resist. But if you cant kill it before 15 fulis then idk lol.

yea I'm sure it was everyone's first khim there and you obviously can't do any damage to khim when you have never fought him before.

are you in one of those ls's that brings 4 whms, 4 plds, 1 rdm, 1 brd, 2 blm to khim and thinks thats lowmanning it?

Shouldn't take that long with 11.
