An established HNM LS for the past 4 years looking to add more to our roster. We Do all Events (excludes Salvage) depending on HNM pop times.

Seeking EU/JST timezone players in hopes to include same schedule runs for our EU/JST counterparts that occurs during EST zone although other time zones is acceptable.

Requirements:

*Players with Common sense, isn't full-selfish, and actually want to do things
*Players who can be on 80% of the time and a High interest in doing HNM's and all events
*Multi Jobs preferred but not required - Minimum of 2 lvl 75 jobs with decent gear and merited well and skilled somewhat...
*Access to Sky a MUST - Access to Sea preferred
*Dynamis-Beaucedine/Xarcabard access not required but welcome to have


Scheduling events varies with HNM in our time zone:

Monday ~ 4pm EST - Ouryu, Bv2, ZNM, Mercenary Jobs - Whatever is needed
Tuesday ~ 7:30 pm EST - Limbus, 10pm EST Einherjar
Wednesday ~ 4pm EST- Same as Monday, 8pm EST - Dynamis
Thursday ~ 4pm EST - Same as Monday
Friday ~ 4pm EST - Same as Monday, 10:30 EST - Einherjar
Saturday ~ 6pm EST - Limbus, along with various other events during the day
Sunday ~ Mostly free day, 8pm EST - Dynamis


EU/JST time players aren't required to attend Einherjar and Dynamis and sometimes Limbus due to the severity of these runs happening at their time but it is our hope to change that soon. It is required that these players make an effort to be on at reasonable hours during a HNM due time.

We don't use point system its based on desire, attendance, usefulness in the linkshell by leaders prior or during item drop - hard work is rewarded here if mistakes happen its free to be discussed and not afraid to be kicked for having a free will to an extent.

LS Bank goes to buying cursed items for members, Also goes towards the help on relic upgrade @ Stage 3 to Final if voted by Leaders,
Favoritism ain't welcomed here but it happens sometimes - Basic common sense rule is u attend less, u get less slower - simple.

Real life is not really counted against you but if you can't make 80% of the LS schedule, this ain't the LS for you.
