Items that never drop

I never ever got Bonnacon to drop Cure Clogs. A friend bought them for me after I went 0/16 or 17. This was back when they were 1.5m gil... I've killed him a few times since but still not seen him drop em ever.

This is a fun thread, but it really is all perspective I think. Everything drops about the same, except for a handful of things like Defending Ring etc. Below are things i'm NOT going for (don't even have the jobs leveled) but have noticed have really low drop rates for our LS:

- Valor Cape (never seen one drop actually)
- Hydra Haubert (first one ever for us dropped last Saturday)
- any ??? item from an Assault - i've never had anything appraise even decently, never seen any of the Rare/Ex gear etc. (Yes, i'm Captain and i've helped 2 other groups get to captain, so i've done quite a few assaults)
- Speed Belt or Juggernaut from Wyrm KS99 battle - well over 100 battles. (never seen one myself drop)

This. There's only one other person in my shell besides me that even wants a Cleric's Belt (and he'll get it first, unfortunately), but we've never even seen one. Ever. I'm beginning to think they simply no longer exist.

Things that never drop for us:

I'm not really complaining, but we can never get n.body to drop from kirin. We have gone 5/8 in our last 8 kirins on w.legs though, including one to myself :D

A.hands on genbu was pretty bad. Leaping lizzy has been stingy has hell (0/21), but at least it's easy to camp.

Dios are pretty bad.. Sometimes on blm i'll go 0/100+, but i've also had two drop in a row when i was 2boxing. At least you get exp for farming, i'd probably go crazy.

Never seen Macha's Slops (no surprise), but 1/1 on Enlil's Crackows. Summoner's Horn -1 is a lie, and for our shell Kirin is a tight bitch with W.Legs.

N feet I have seen about 5 dropped in over 25+ kills.
W legs seem to be a myth.
To the people 7/12 on e body and such, buy a bottle and f celebrate bc that shit is like on vacation along with w legs.

Old LS went 1/20+ on N.Body, and we started giving W.Legs out to DRGs and RNGs we got so many. Yeah, I dunno either.

Two friends of mine have gone a combined 0/20something on Tomoe, anyone want some free Aurum feet?

Personally I'd say Homam feet is my new white whale, since Xarc finally put out for me recently. Omega gives more head than a room full of whores. Also, Hocho has yet to drop, not sure how many kills but I hate that damn katana.

In all of Salvage, the only drops I've never seen at all are:

Skadi Body (for me, been 14/15 Skadi for a loooooooooong time)
Usukane Body (killed this retarded turtle so many times, don't have an exact or accurate number, though.
Ares Hands (simply have never tried for it)


Our LS kills Omega every Sunday...hands are rare for us, and we haven't seen body in months.


X's knife: 0/~50. (total count is between 45-50, don't have the exact number)


Personally, low drop rates themselves do not bother me. But X's knife is a special case, being a horrid drop rate coupled with a ridiculous limit of 1 attempt per week, makes me wish horrible forms of torture upon those who programmed that drop rate.

My group has been doing limbus twice a week since it was released. For a majority of it we do a 2 Omega 1 Ultima rotation.

Longest list for drops on both sides.

Don't know what it is, they just seem to drop the least for us.

People will hate me when I say this but when I did sky with a TW ls ages ago we used to do like 3 kirins and walk out with anywhere between 2-4 wlegs. However Osode would drop once in a blue moon
