Kia, if you've never had pierogi(perogies), you should totally buy one of the cheap grochery bags of those in the frozen foods for lazy meals if you're sick of baked potatoes. They're just mashed potato dumplings with cheddar or bacon or onion taste mixed inside.
Boil'em for a couple minutes, just until the water starts to boil so like 5 minutes, not even that long just enough to thaw them out a little. Strain'em, fry them on half heat in a pool of butter or canola oil, 5 minutes, flip them when they're golden, cook another 5 minutes, dump them on a plate, throw cheese ontop, nuke them to melt it really fast(doesn't change taste) and dip'em in whatever the hell you want.
Simple as hell, costs like $8 for 100, and 10-12 is a meal, god send to budget eaters and they last forever in the freezer.
