I just realized that this was out, and it looks kinda, not really my type.
Since it's for both 360 and ps3 I think I'll just download the 360 version and give it a try!

Hi, look at me! I pirate games, aren't I cool?!
Yes, cause wasting $60 on PS3 games that suck is super awesome.
Why bother posting is the point? No one thinks you are cool for stealing a game, and if you think it sucks why bother posting in the thread in the first place?
lol, no shit? I take it you unlock the harder ones by completing tasks ingame/unlocking trophies/completing the game? Hopefully has a lot of replay value if I can't jump straight to Zenith when I want to.
Will be arriving through my letterbox on Monday, looking forward to good times!
I posted that I think it sucks because the movies on youtube looked like crap to me, and that's my current opinion of the game. That doesn't mean it sucks, and doesn't mean I'm still not curious if the game is actually decent or not.
My post on here is also basically asking for other people's opinions, but since no one is really posting all that much about it, and since the game is available on the 360, pirating it as a means of seeing if I'd actually like it or not before buying the superior (?) ps3 version is a good idea for me. Although I'll probably skip on that until the price drops some, unless it's incredibly awesome.
Lol if you think I'm posting to "look cool", sorry, I'm not youanti-piracy posts stopped being cool a long time ago, now they're just annoying. Actually, they always were annoying.
This game is quite fun. I do agree that this is the first game you can die (or game over) if you don't go through tutorials lol. Got to love tri-Ace because they always come up with something new.
Not a big fan of the game...
The battle system is nice once you learn how to use it but still... shit's too weird.
And the grid system, it's Tetris all over again.
So, usually game companies use difficulty settings to make a short game longer (added replayability), is this game super short or something? lol
This about a 40+ plus game if you just go through it normally.
I have done more than my fair share of farming (ch 3 forest of idols, you can make soooo much money for that point in the game) but am at 15ish hours and ch. 4.
also a money trick later on, I think starting in ch. 6 the travelling merchant sells glass shards and iron scraps. 1 shard and 1 scrap is 350 total. I think. Then tinker it for 3000 to get Compact Scope B (beta). This sells for 4100. So 4100-3350 is 750. Not a whole lot for doing it once, but you can hold 999 items, so once you have enough of a base to start from, say 500k. 350k for 999 of each. leaves 150k, so you make 50ish scopes and sell them. now you have 200k, make more scopes, repeat. eventually you will have enough base money to do all 999 scopes in one swoop, then you can just trip from merchant to shop and make ~750k per run
How much post game content is there? This is Tri-Ace after all, I expect at least an optional dungeon or two AND a fight with Lenneth/Freya at some point.
Yes, the final bosses drop black hexes which are used to access Neverland. There is a new game+ option which is required to get new gear but if you choose to start a NG+ on a higher difficulty, only clothes and beastiary carry over. You can retain all your items/level/hexes by starting NG+ on the same difficulty.
Someone on Gamefaqs says "The guns you get are way better than anything else you have before them, and you get some cool looking clothes, and some animal costumes for everyone, and an accessory with physical resistance +50%."
Anyone seen a full list of trophies/achievements? I'm on NG+ and missing 4 ???s ones.
Google just leads to lists missing most/all the ???s ones, driving me nuts ;0
Probably PS3Trophies.org.

Nope.
If it was that easy I wouldn't be asking =/.
Looks awfully interesting, but so did WKC to me until about 2 rentals worth of casual playing into it. Prolly gonna rent this at some point and maybe pick it up on ebay. Still have to finish XIII and AC2 and some Heavy Rain replaying...
Dunno how accurate they are but here's a list of achievements
http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox...de/959318.html
The PS3 section was updated to be accurate on gamefaqs, which is good since the 360 achievements are incredibly vague ;0
Thanks though, figured out which ones I'm missing for platinum finally.
