I really don't understand the problem with comcast I had it over a year with zero problems til I moved 2 months ago. Had to swith to AT&T because of no comcast in my new area which makes me sad face because I hate my Internet service now.

For my Comcast 15 down / 3 up (I don't upload save for torrents, so whatever) its 20/mo. for 6mo. and then 42/mo. after that. Which sounds great until you calculate their forced installation fee which is $100, which when avaraged out over the first 6mo. equals about 36~/mo. for 6mo. and then 42/mo. after that.

Its worth it though. The only other service options I have are a local wifi service which offers 11 down, but connection issues, and Clear WiMax which is like 6 down, but can be used wirelessly anywhere in the city of Portland. And again, I've never had a single problem with Comcast ever. No service problems, no billing problems, nothing.

I've not had a problem with Comcast in over 6 years.
