Same people need to add me on PSN and don't be afraid to ask for a game if you want it. Even if I'm playing something else. Meh, as far as V-13 goes your best bet, depending on who you're playing with, is just to try and play a little bit of mind games with your opponent. Fake a jump or dash between missed drive attacks and keep the fight close. She has REALLY poor defense, you just can't let her go on the offensive unchecked. The only character that I can honestly say I've had trouble with is Carl. The only reason for that is because I don't play against or with Carl and Rachel so I don't know range, timing, or counters for alot of the attacks.

If V13 annoys you, play Jin, it's really easy to get in on her with well timed icenings(or whatever it's called where you ride the icicle), especially astral ones, essentially instant move across the screen.

It's not very safe, but better than being stuck at the other side.

Tao is really good at closing the distance to her too.

Rachael can move very quickly too using a diagonal silpheed, but she'll probably just get beat down once she gets there, since she's got some fairly crappy speed and reach.

Nu is certainly high tier, but she's not ridiculously overpowered. Also, the last boss is Unlimited Nu, which is significantly more ridiculous. That's like saying any of the other character with an unlimited mode is overpowered. Just silly.

The mids are variable but it's generally viewed as Nu/Rachel/Arakune being at the top and Tager absolute bottom of the barrel.

Really unless you're playing the bottom 3 (Tager, Hakumen, Bang) against the top 3, it doesn't make too big of a difference. Tager and Hakumen mostly have to do with poor mobility, Bang just does ass for damage. Keep in mind though that Carl is near the top solely because of his infinite loop. I'm the process of working up Ragna to compensate for the fact that Tager just plain sucks against people with high pressure games.
