It's really just more of an example that the game is quite well balanced, despite what the tier lists will tell you. You can look up videos of Mike Z playing Tager and find yourself wondering why he's considered bottom of the barrel (even in a match against V-13 posted on youtube from an arcade infinity tournament. He loses, but he puts up a very good fight against what is by all accounts a fight that is cripplingly in favor of V-13).

Only really bad character in the game is Carl, he's nothing without his infinites, and those are simply not going to be tournament legal.

i'm pretty glad that noel isn't considered top, i really hope people start playing her for real, getting damn tired seeing "pro-D spam".

I've always enjoyed May since she was never top tier but was extremely dominating in gg, tho i also mained Bridget and Anji, and in different iterations they were pretty up there.

Anyways, gotta start playing again, haven't done so for a couple days.

No shit...people online don't ever fucking tech throws either, which means Jin has an infinite that works only against scrubs that I am not shy about using.

Yeah it's official, fuck Tager, time to relearn the game with a new character. I truly enjoy having my entire game revolve around hoping my opponent leaves a gigantic gaping opening so I can actually do a move other then mash my standing A or if I'm really lucky get a 360 off.

I could stomach it for the first 30 levels but now fighting people that theoretically actually have a clue what's going on, I'm getting completely ass raped more often then not.

If anyone wants to whup my ass this weekend I'll prolly being going thru the motions getting Ragna or Rachel down so you can enjoy some padding on your player matches record.

Haha, online competition is serious business. I almost never play fighting games online, mainly just because it's full of a bunch of retards who only care about ranking, refuse to use more than one character, and drop games when they think they're going to lose. And generally the group of my friends who enjoy fighting games are going to aim for the competition to be friendly and enjoyable for both sides, so learning a game is actually fun.

Mostly just a bad afternoon that's irritating the shit out me, did about 7 or 8 matches and half were against V-13s that actually knew how to play, which just serves to make me feel about as useful as an asshole on my elbow.

The only true infinite is Carl's, which requires alot of effort to accomplish, anything else can be broken as long as you don't go into a mashing frenzy and can keep yourself calm.
