Like I said though, its a bad matchup, and its why BB is the only major tourney game that doesn't allow counter character selection. Some matchups have like a 10% winning chance if the players are the same skill level.

Makes you wonder if this is done on purpose so they can sell arcades/disks of "BB Calamity Trigger XX Reloaded!"

I know what you mean, after that i was trying to beat arcade on hell mode with noel and i was unable to beat tagger, damn COM can use the grab special between combos done to him.

Holy crap just beat score atk mode, ragnal unlimited so fucking annoying bastard can fill his HP quick with the souleater atks.

My 2nd is still Tao, but now i'm considering picking up Litchi. Tao's like a combination of Millia and I dono who. I might drop her cuz I was never able to handle Millia. Fast characters in that game is like, forbidden for me. lol

Tao doesn't feel like Millia to me, and I used her mostly in GG games. Noel is probably more similar to Jam than Millia, but to me she seems the closest Blazblue has - however I'm not a super technical player or anything, so there may be similarities I'm overlooking.

Once I got done playing with Welt and Conformity at the Arcade I got a little better with Hakuman back at Welt's place. If I ever got serious in this would be all over! Haha, silly competitive games.

Jin is a cross between Millia and Ki. If you look carefully all his moves represent ki or millia in one way or another.

I want to use Ragna as a secondary character, but I still love my Arakune. Does anyone have some tips towards Ragna, or is he rather simple?

I don't really like Ragna but as a Jin player I guess I can give a lil advice. I'd say just learn his anti air and pokes before anything else. Don't rely on actual moves I.E inferno divider and moves of that sort to use as pokes and anti air attacks. Go on Dustloop and get a general idea of what combos and try to make up your own combos. He's only really a good character if you can rush down because he doesn't have any projectile or long range attacks that give him some safety.

I love Tao & do very well w/ her. I just havent had a chance to play in last few days cause been so busy. Tao is all about combo'ing into her cat swipe 1 or 3, or her Wolverine-like special (blanking on name atm). Only issue I have w/ her is that her range atks are all slow (even if just trying to push the other person back w/forcing em to block) and it always leaves her open...

Anyone in Canada get their hands on this game yet? My Amazon order got delayed for shipping to an estimated 20th of this month until the 5th of August. Going to be uber-pissed if I end up receiving the standard copy even though my order explicitly states Limited Edition.

Still no sign of it in any stores.

Oh man, I just noticed you lived in PR. I went to Puerto Rico last summer! There is one of the best mexican resteraunts EVER there..... in some nice area. It was near my hotel....but I can't remember which hotel I stayed at right now lol.
