What syle of music is Taokaka's theme composed with? I can't get the tune out of my head with its great piano composition with an upbeat tempo.


On another note, just got Carl & Litchi's Astral Heats left to unlock. Had an awful time beating arcade with Rachel, couldn't get her close to some characters to deal damage at all due to her shit attack range. I need to stop playing offense on most players and instead resort to zoning/turtling-tactics, but the old button-masher in me screams to just race forward and try to kick ass.

[EDIT] Man, this is seriously a fucking nice sound-track, I need to go grab me MP3s of this. Was hard to pay attention to the tunes among all the fighting noise.

did u get the LE? if u did you have all the game soundtrack in it.

Nope, just the standard edition as I got fed up trying to find an LE.
(coincidently I found a copy of 360 LE when I was browsing an EB Games in a nearby city the other day, would have freaked out if it was for PS3 given I just bought Standard a week ago)

I can't pull off Jin's astral with this controller I'm going to need a stick to do it manually than using Special 4 button. There is no way I could play this on the 360 w/ a controller already hard enough on there to fight w/ sf4 with one.

Tager I tend to do pretty well against for the most part, but I swear, every time I lose against him it's because I stop thinking and just jump directly into this, lol.

I've dabbled with just about everyone except Tager, I never seem to do well with those types of characters. I was terrible with Potemkin in GG and just decided to not even bother this time around, haha.

I've been playing Hakumen pretty much exclusively the last couple weeks, he's probably the only character I can consistently do well with. I think I've got Noel as my sub online though I rarely play her, probably from my brother and I trading off a little while back, he was quite fond of playing as her and going trigger-happy with D :\

Don't think so, but not 100% positive on that.

Who do you main? You might want to look into some char specific strats versus tager if the magnetism is giving you enough trouble that you'd use your burst on it.

I shuffle with a lot of characters, primarily Bang/Tao/Jin/Noel. I like having a variety of guys I know how to play, just it means I don't know jack shit for combos.
