    hakumen changes seem interesting, longer active window on D counters will be awesome, even if it's only 6D/2D.

    kinda curious as to how much meter that barrier move is going to cost.

    there's prolly gonna be complaints on tager having that much guard, i have a good feeling arcsys is gonna change that, but at the same time, it'll make good sense to give tager that much. He does have to block a lot and capitalize on the opening, he's not one to be a rushdown character like almost everyone else.

    yeah, but considering how often against just about every character my block almost breaks as tager (not for lack of trying to get an attack string started) i'm guessing it'll still be pretty high

    here's hoping hazama will be a charge character, then i have Axel and May, from the chains, seems like Axel.

    Saw the new things for noel, seriously i hope they change her, cuz she's a dead in the mid tier character, and they nerfed her like no tomorrow, almost to the point of pretty much being unplayable, if they don't fix anything, looks like i'm def going ragna and learning hazama.

    Noel nerfs:
    Noel:

    5a: more +frames (wow)
    5b: on hit can jump cancel. scale more
    5c: 12F, cannot jump cancel on block
    ja: start-up is slower, confirmed.
    jc: star-up may be slower.
    6A: can only hit crouching tager/hakumen. head invincibility start-up may have been delayed
    6B: May scale more (or may just be 22c scaling)
    6C:hit stop, tech time, start-up all got nerfed. second hit has guard crush properties (means it can take out a primer).
    JD: air hit cause ground bounce. untechable time increased
    J6D: No idea what this move is for.
    throw: Scales more
    air throw: more start-up, more recovery (ouch)


    ・chain revolver- initiate
    D: nothing new here.
    2D: No longer overhead, feels like it still has good hitbox though.
    4D: faster
    6D: faster, still low.

    ・Chain revolver- follow-ups
    A: current c. faster, spammable (not sure if I got this right)
    6A:didn't change
    B: didn't change
    6B: more knockback, maybe
    C:current a, can rc.
    6C: guard crush, hit level decreased maybe. Can AA (may be wrong). cannot combo from D.

    ・Chain revolver- Special
    Bloom: didn't change
    Assault: guard crush
    Raid: more landing recovery. need to rc to continue combo if not in corner.

    ・Special
    bareru (236 a-c): comes out faster, less block stun.
    mazuru (command throw): No change
    22b: parameter didn't change, not sure about scaling change.
    22c: more recovery, more scaling

    Ground super: Damage didn't change. Guard point change unknown.
    Air super: Cannot do anything till landing. All character can punish.


    ・Combo
    Currently only certain character can be hit by regular bloom combo. If not in corner the combo is hard.
    Bloom loop not possible (the corner one).
    Will need to figure out new combos.


    ・Others
    Only 5a jump cancelable on guard makes her offense suck (sounds about right)
    Edit: ??? I read that wrong. I actually don't know what this guy was referring to.
    6c hit stop is very little so cannot reliably combo.
    ???
    because 2d is not overhead can no longer feint people into getting hit by command throw.

    I don't think noel needs a nerf at all, and at best i think v-13 and arakune (possibly jin) just need some minor tweaks to them, which they seem to be getting

    unlike superragefighter4 which needs some serious fucking balancing because fuck shoryuken

    Well, Arakune's basically a character to relearn now w/ the new cursing method, nu has been nerfed to hell, Jin has been nerfed pretty bad tho it was kinda uncalled for. Noel is a mid-tier that shouldn't have been nerfed to begin with. However, people speculate that the way she's played wasn't the way ArcSys created her to play like (the 22C > BC loops, and the 22BC loops are apparently glitches). I think they meant for her to work for her damage and combo differently into her drives and not use those glitches to her advantage.

    ahh, well maybe in time it won't end up being a nerf but just a change in playstyle, in any case i'm thinking the noel vs. tager matchup will be wayyyy easier if the focus becomes more on drive attacks (from tager's perspective anyway)

    invincibility and guard breaks ftw tho, the nerf was completely done on her fast attacks, her 5A and 6A were shot down, and her 6C as well, it just ruins her completely, we'll have to wait til next month for the new loke test, rebalance go!

    sucks that it seems they might only add those 2 char, would be nice to see rachel's butler(Valkenhayn) in there to or maybe Jubei and the woman they show on some cutscene that its supposed to be Kokonoe mother( think Nine is her name)
