Having a lower win percentage isn't a bad thing persay. I was riding about 70% win rate in ranked earlier today and people were ducking out of matches left and right.

heh yeah, would be awesome
i play jin a lot and i don't plan to go online just yet, but i can tell you that the ranged sword things and the spammy-attack are very limited in my repertoire, and i don't get why people online would use them a lot jin has a lot of fairly easy combos that are somewhat damaging
would love for someone to teach me litchi though, she looks like she's able to just constantly pressure people which i love
friend brought it over and we played all day, been playing as rachel, its really fun game![]()
I had 3 ragequitters in a row today because they didn't get to win a round and i played properly w/ Noel. Pretty sad -_-
Most of what you should need to know you can learn thru the bonus disc and the dustloop forums. Between those two and watching some match videos on youtube/etc I think I figured out a solid grasp of how to play. Granted I had a fair amount of GG experience which probably doesn't hold true for a few people here.
The bonus disc is nice, although it's kind of annoying to swap back and forth between the disc & the game (both on the same TV, different devices but it's awkward anyway), the combos seem to be getting easier once you learn a few of the basic~ish combos that your particular character has
never played GG though, because as someone else remarked there were just too many and I didn't want to try and keep up
BANG BANG BANG BANG
If u ever want to play a Guilty Gear game get XX it's the best of all the Guilty Gear.
get Guilty gear XX Accent core, the last one of the series, but GG is pretty much fizzling away sadly, blaz is taking over. GG will always have a place in my heart.
May ftw <3
YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. Playlist of HD rips of all the character specific videos + the basic system video
Holy titty fucking Jesus on a stick with Honey BBQ sauce, Unlimited Ragna at the end of Score Attack is absolutely insane. It's like if Seth and Rugal had a love child and and he turned into a vampire (Unlimited Ragna has permanent Blood Kain, so all his hits drain health and hit insanely hard).
No offense, but what? GGXX was pretty unbalanced compared to Accent Core. Is Justice even tournament legal? She never was when I played (XX > / era) unless they changed something.
GGXX = Hi, I pick Eddie. I sweep you. You lose.
Granted, Eddie still has some bullshit setups in #R onwards and has always been top tier, but didn't have the easy mode damage potential that he did in XX. Same could be said about a lot of characters in XX. 50%+ damage combos were extremely common for most characters and most could be done off of a single hit. No Counter hit or building guard meter needed.
ARC also nerfed a bunch of chars for seemingly no reason. The main reason I stopped playing GG was when they nerfed Dizzy to shit in Slash. But, I still feel that their games are more balanced than the Capcom fighters.
How are my other Noel players doing? I've been having fun with her. Her rushdown is pretty nice once you got the opponent on the defensive, and her combos are definitely flashy.
I'm really starting to feel some of her shortcomings, though. Her ground-game is pretty bad. She needs the opponent to be crouching, get a counter-hit, or take a chance with a laggy move like 6B, 3C, or 2D in order to start her high damage combos. I usually find myself playing her defensively and trying to land a 6A or CH 5C in order to get my offense rolling. This really hurts against characters like Rachel and Arakune.
I still have a lot of fun with her, but I might pickup a character like Arakune if I ever decide to get serious with BB.
Nitsuki and anyone else on 360: Feel free to add me on XBL. My name on there is Zerlic.
I love fighting against Noel as Tager since his Sledge is invulnerable to ALL her drive moves and all her C attacks outside of the first hit of forward+C, which is the entire movelist of 90% of the people who play her.
Someone please explain all this "6C" "2A" crap in the combo lists on that dustloop site?
So confused lol! Too new to this x_X
Numbers represent directions. Look at your numpad.

So 6 is forward, 1 is down-back, etc.
