"POLICE in Ohio got more than they bargained for when they interviewed this woman – she had a baby squirrel stuffed down her top!

The furry rodent made a dash for freedom during an interview with detectives, and the incident was caught on CCTV.

It can be seen suddenly appearing from inside the woman’s top, almost managing to make it out of her cleavage before its escape is thwarted. The woman can then be seen to hold the squirrel firmly in place throughout the rest of the interview.


Detective Warren Mackey said he was stunned. "No, I was not prepared to see a woodland creature in the interview room," he said. "I kept right on talking to her and listening to her. I didn't acknowledge it at all."

Mackey added: "I really didn't know what to say."

It seems that the woman wasn’t fazed by the appearance of her furry friend, calmly collecting the little critter and popping it back into her cleavage.

The woman was not under arrest at the time and was being questioned as part of an ongoing murder trial."
