Membership access issue

My friend quit game couple months ago and I was lucky enough to get his account info recently.

But there is a problem. Although I can log to POL, I can't log to Membership area (Service & Support > Membership). I wanted to change payment method and reactive Content ID.

POL is asking me about POL password, and what works when I'm loging to POL, doesn't when I'm tryin to get inside Memebership section. I tried on 3 computers so it's doubtful that's hardware or software issue.

So far only reasonable thing that can to my mind is that I have EU version of FFXI and he has NA version. Anyone have similar experience?

I will be appreciated for any help/hint.

Yeah, I've heard this happen to several people also with the EU/NA problem. It might be solved by installing an NA client
