July 01 Billing - DOUBLE BILLED

I got double billed on both accounts last month, and not billed at all this month.

Minus slight confusion. I'm surprised PlayOnline hasn't noticed its peer competitors over the years. And just switched the whole system to pay-as-you-go like WoW/Lineage/etc.

Single billed this month and in June but just found out I got double charged in May... I should've been keeping up with it. Oh well. Haven't made any changes to my account since I reactivated in 2007.

Same here, i got billed for 12$ on main, 12$ on 2nd & 2$ for mules. I checked my billing history & i got the same shit last month but on main + mule for the 12$...

Usually my account is cancelled if I don't manually pay the fees at the start of the month but for some reason, they took the money automatically this month when I wasn't planning on playing. =/

Just got off the phone with SE. Spoke with "Daniel." Basically told me I'm up shit's creek without a paddle, that all the charges were "legit." He told me my June charge was for May AND June but I also got charged in May.

I would call my bank and dispute the charges, but then I'd just end up with a big fat LM-17. Nice scam SE.

Sadly I do agree on this. I have the feeling if you were to dispute and retract it. They would just suspend you without any small heed of a warning, or even a small reason about why you were charged.

Well, then, I was checking up on my billing, and thought that I was double billed.

As it turns out, I was never billed for June. I know this includes June's bill because I re-activated my mule account for the Bonanza, only got two characters up and running, cashed in, and cancelled it. So, I have a charge for 13.95, and then two charges, one for 35 (wife's toons x2 months), and one for ~55 (my toons x2 months).

that's just... weird.

I think I get double-billed every month because my card for some reason will only make 1 time payments or something(monthly billing never seems to go through) when the first or w/e comes around. I don't think there's much you can do about it without a small chance of being banned.
