Unable to update Billing Information

Tried another card and it finally worked. Not sure why it went through this time. Updating billing info through POL is frustrating =/.

I get this all the time. I end up giving up and waiting a week and then I can usually pay.

Rather then start a new thread figured I'll post this question here since it is sort-of-kind-of related. Anyways, went out of town for the weekend and came back to find my content ID's canceled. While I was trying to update my payment information I am now being asked to supply either a Verified by Visa or for a MasterCard Securecode. I have never used either of these options, and after talking to both credit card companies on the phone they are telling me that my branches do not support these features. Fairly certain that PS2 and Xbox 360 versions of the game do not require this feature, but I unfortunately do not have access to either platform and am a PC only player. Now, I've been told that one can use pre-paid cards to pay for FFXI. However, I've never once had such a card nor used one. So basically my question is what kind of cards work and are you able to switch to using said card through PoL w/o having to supply an additional securecode? Any help would be very much appreciated! :3

I ended up deciding it was time to just shell out the money for a 360 and ordered a copy of the Ultimate Collection to just update the payment information that way (Oh lawd it better work). I would be alot more annoyed, but I can't complain since I've been wanting a 360 for a while anyways.
