POL error 0020 on ps2

So I try to log on today on my ps2 (was working fine yesterday) and I keep getting POL error 0020 which is a problem with the DNS. Tried reseting router, unplugging router and modem. Also tried connecting directly to modem and still get the same error. I used the HDD start up disk and it says the dns is working fine.

I contacted my isp and they claim it is a problem with the HDD since I still have interent on my PC. I have no problem logging in on PC and all other internet stuff works fine. Anyone else have this problem or anyone know how to fix it? Please help me!

I'm having the exact same problem. Was working fine yesterday, but not today. Tried three different routers, and nothings working. I can connect to the internet and play on my pc, but cant on my ps2. Anyone know what's going on??
