If they've proven themselves up to that point, why should I not trust them? It's a slap to the face saying you trust them to carry a loaded weapon at all times, but not at a bar.

I don't get it, the law was written to protect their feelings?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against concealed carry-permits. I just trust an armed bartender to defend his private property over an armed bar patron to defend...something. I hope no bars exercise the option to let in folks with guns.

Just because people feel a certain way, doesn't mean they're right. Flying through bad turbulence in an airplane is a perfect example of that. Does it feel like you're gonna crash and die? Yes, does it ever happen? Rare enough that when it does the whole world stops.

I am for this law because it allows people to choose how they want to run their bar

I am against doing it in my own bar

I think that if you've proven yourself you should be trust worthy, however it is my business not the governments so I have the right to take it away, not them. Just like they prohibit guns in their own buildings.

It is a free choice. You have strong views on a certain laws validity yet you choose to enforce something that is totally against the spirit of the law. sorta like Log cabin republicans.
