When dealing with the police, never ever say shit ever because it will fuck you.

I came across a few videos and a LOT of discussion regarding this subject, which applies to both innocent people and the guilty and being the helpful motherfucker that I am I'm going to share this knowledge with you to potentially save your bitch ass from the slammer. So many harmless stoners have been fucked by the law because they didn't understand their rights. I'll just cover some topics, because there's so much information that it's hard to remember it all.

Basically, nothing you say if you're ever questioned for anything, even if you're not a suspect will help you. Ask for a lawyer before saying anything at all, don't listen if they offer you deals because they can and will lie about that and have the OK to lie to you about anything. Remember, there is always a video camera in the room, and NOTHING IS EVER "OFF THE RECORD". See the end of the post for the videos because I can't remember how to link.

If the police come knocking on your door, you are NOT required to open it unless they have a permit. Talk to them through the door, and always look through the peephole before opening your door. They can and are allowed to lie to you, but without a permit, they CANNOT enter your house. REFUSE REFUSE REFUCKINGUSE, DO NOT GIVE THEM CONSENT.

More relevant, however, is the police stop. If you're ever pulled over, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SAY ANYTHING TO THE POLICE OFFICER OTHER THAN YOUR NAME/INSURANCE/DATE OF BIRTH. Never consent to a search of your car if you have anything at all to hide in it. Police don't have the authority to search your car without reasonable suspicion, and that search must be brief and involes only the surface interior of your car, they can't search your trunk without consent or a permit. You also don't have to acknowledge that you did anything wrong. Never listen to their threats, as they're blowing shit out of their ass.

THE THING IS THESE FUCKING COPS ARE TRICKY AS FUCK. YOU HAVE TO CLEARLY ASSERT YOUR RIGHTS, MORE OFTEN THAN NOT YOU'LL GIVE THEM CONSENT W/O KNOWING AS THEY KNOW HOW TO MANIPULATE YOU. Just saying no as the police officer forces his way into your fucking car isn't enough. You have to state clearly that you do NOT consent to searches of you/your belongings/your car/your home/your anything. If they threaten you with the dogs or the permits, fucking let them, why make it easier for them to haul your ass to jail? BUT if you have anything that gives them suspicions THAT ARE IN PLAIN VIEW, they're allowed to search through your shit. Basically, hide your pipes, papers, BAG OF CRACK ROCK SOMEWHERE NOT IN THE OPEN, LIKE YOUR TRUNK.

NO POLICE OFFICER IS ON YOUR SIDE. That's all bullshit, they will NOT ignore or "look over" shit that you might have in your car (LIKE THAT EIGHTBALL OF COKE AND THE OZ OF METH IN YOUR TRUNK) if you consent to a search. If you're not being detained, you ask if you are, then the police officer cannot hold you there legally. Ask if you can go, again and again, and DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS, I.E. "SON YOU HIDING ANYTHING BACK THERE?" Avoid them, either remaining silent or asking if you can leave.

There's tons of other shit that may save your ass from a felony charge and jailtime one day. Something like 87% of all criminals INCRIMINATE THEMSELVES.
