i solo'd this on friends account thf/rng with status bolts from about 80% after my friend died on nin. he was only liek 60 something at the time though but there was plenty of time to spare before rage.

I've seen DRG/WHM solo it, with some meds (yag drink, icarus wing) and a tanking style npc (lol wtf I know), just keep Spirit Linking the wyvern, and on the odd chance it chooses to cast waterga IV enough times in succession to kill the wyvern, you have a spare.

i can vouch for the darlantan-man murderizing it in about 16~ minutes solo pld/rdm with an npc, no meds

some random below-par askar korazin pld/dnc with no npc though nearly full-raged it; he had to invincible right at the end and use a wing for double atonement <_>

Could rdm/war solo this guy and would you use berserk and attack food?
Don't have blau or justice yet so I'm thinking /nin wouldn't be all it can be.

As a rdm with /blu /nin /war /drk and a joyeuse available could I just pick whichever I feel for the day or are some of those less than consistent?

To add to the enpara discussion: Enpara won't proc if it has enwater up, so don't dispel that and you're good to go

Just wondering for RDM/NIN solo on this, what do u do for HF? Just melee through it? Never really camped it that much. And should I bother bringing nuking gear?

His melee damage is laughable, don't worry about it.

And I doubt you could win without it, I always opened with Chainspell Blizzard III, Convert, repeat, etc.

Ah ok cool. Ya, I was thinking I would need CS nuke. Shouldn't be that bad I'm hoping, compared to other things I've soloed. Now to find ToD and claim .

It has been done, but some other suggestions are better that also have access to Vorpal, namely /BLU.

Yes, but to be honest, with KA it has always been pretty much game over once it hits rage.

I can't speak of post-update, but I've dragged him into ~24 minutes and still gotten the kill.

He does appear to be full rage at 20 minutes now, yes. I wasn't the one that raged it, but the group that did pretty much went down instantly at the 20 minute mark. I think you'd have to be /NIN to even stay alive at that point, he two shotted me on RDM with physical hits (didn't have Stoneskin up) and I'm sure Waterga IV would've fucked my shit up.

Serket's rage has been 30 mins from my personal experience. I always kill in less time than that but from seeing other people claim it in the past, it started at 30 and gradually went up. If it started at 20 no way they would have lasted till 30 and still have been alive.
