Warehouse 13 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
haven't watched it yet, anyone else think SyFy is just a retarded name?
I DVR'd it since it's been hyped over all of SciFi's (change the damn name back) parent networks. Haven't watched it yet.
SciFi makes my think science fiction, SyFy makes me think STD
They can call themselves w/e the fuck they want
Just as long as Kings has new episodes on it if/when NBC dumbs the show.
I watched it, it was decent. I wish they had resumed The Lost Room instead. The show follows a Bones formula (which now that I think about it, dates back to x-files even): smart chick with an intuitive male partner. It's somewhat fun, lighthearted, kinda like ghostbusters meets that Indiana Jones warehouse.
Finally watched this tonight. Kind of silly and lighthearted. I liked it a bit. I queued the DVR up for the season. We'll see if I stick around that long.
I caught the premiere "movie" on a different network at like 1 am and thought it was pretty good. I might have to start watching Sci Fi more to see this show, especially if Eureka comes back as well.
I saw it as more of a mix between Ghostbusters and the X-Files myself. The whole similar formula, wacky gadgets and somewhat supernatural (yet scientifically explained to an extent) occurrences. Artie is great though.
I'll tune in to see where the show goes, the clumsy, sweaty guy in the warehouse needs to go though, I like my geniuses to be neat and tidy.
Wow, 2nd episode was much better than the pilot.
oh hot damn
six is a guest star in this episode
Seeing as this comes on right after Eureka, I guess I'm gonna be watching a lot more Sci-Fi on tuesday nights. Which is a good thing, TV usually sucks on tuesday.
I liked the first ep. Of course the 2 scifi shows I like come on tuesday night, the one night a week I can't watch tv... Fucking glad Eureka is back!!!
So at the end of the EP was that a flashback brought on by the shock, or was it a trap/hallucination brought on by the hacker?
I enjoy this show. It's like a very comedic X-Files which is why I enjoy it.
Secondly, I don't mind SyFy... It's still pronounced Sci Fi, but it's also a name they can trademark and market.
On the 2nd episode... the thieves could've just used the device to steal all of the albums and stuff instead of robbing banks. The acoustics might not be there, but if it's against just 1-2 people, should be ok?
So is this show worth watching or too early to tell?
I like it, but we'll see if it has staying power.
