After careful deliberation I've decided:

Using 'dux' and 'bux' as short forms of 'ducks' and 'bucks' is acceptable, in fact using 'dux' is encouraged if included as part of a funny joke involving actual ducks.

However, using 'fux' in place of 'fucks' is in fact not OK, and if you do so I am requiring you to cease the practice at once.
