Nick Diaz has an un-orthodox game plan where he annoys the shit out of fighters with his constant jabs that doesn't actually do significant damage. He is over-hyped and I cant see him an A-level fighter yet.

P.S : affliction has always been stacked with awesome fight that actually match up well, you shouldnt even think to compare it with strikeforce card lol

When the strikeforce card was supposed to have the shields v lindland as well as the other fights it compared very well with the affliction card. If not for fedor I might favor the strikeforce card over affliction. Affliction has a lot of good fights but I am really only excited for 2.5 of them. The top 4 strikeforce fights are all exciting.

Its true what sold me to affliction card is fedor vs barnett , which was suppose to happen during pride before it got bought by UFC. This match is basically what everyone wants to see but many casual MMA fans do not give Barnett enough credit while he is an incredible fighter.

Also mousassi who is dream champion and also grandprix champion VS strikeforce champion, where I think mousassi will sweep this win easily. Gomi and Belfort to spice it up.

but yea Its not like i am not going to watch both of them strikeforce is good , just imo not as good as affliction

I think I'm more excited to see Mousasi's fight. He is one of the best LWH fighters I have seen in awhile and he is constantly getting better. I think he might be above Lyoto's skill level.

I also want to see Belfort win and hopefully go on to fight Anderson Silva and dethrone him and shut people the fuck up about him being the best P4P fighter in the world when its clearly FEDOR!

The whole affliction card is pretty sick and I am more excited for it than any recent UFC cards.

Mousasi hasn't had a fight at lhw yet, his run in dream was at MW. Babalu will be a good test to see how he does at Lhw although I don't think he is good enough for lyoto right now.

Mousasi has pretty much said he can't make 185 anymore "I'm still growing" so yeah, we'll see how he does at LHW.

He has impressive wins over Jacare and Manhoef, but if you watch those fights....he....kinda got super fucking lucky in both. Somehow while trying to upkick Manhoef, the dude fell directly into a triangle choke - very amateur on Manhoef's part. Then, in a similar situation, he managed to KO Jacare with an upkick from his back...and Jacare is no stranger to dealing with guys on the ground. His record is sick though, we'll see how he handles a vet like Babalu.

And lol @ "blinded by Fedor" - god forbid I find a card where the #1 HW ever and arguably #1 p4p fighter ever fighting arguably the #2 HW contender, along with a bunch of other well-matched fights, to be more interesting than a card where there might be a single borderline top-10 male fighter in any class on it.

I like watching Overeem fight just fine, but if anyone is being blinded it's you by your amazingly obvious man-crush on Nick Diaz (who again I have no problem with but holy fucking bromance). I'd just rather watch Mousasi v. Babalu than any fight on the Strikeforce card, personally.

That being said, you can't beat free, and for a free card the Strikeforce card is just fine.

Anyone who says Diaz is terrible and not EASILY one of the top 5 pound for pound fighters in the world obviously needs to put a fairweather fan Machida picture in their sig so they can feel better about the 6 months of karate they took when they were 12, since apparently karate is cool now?
