actually thinking about it more, I think its more complicated. Strikeforce business model can not afford to pay Fedor as much as he getting now, so I am not sure if Fedor would agree to fight for 10% of what he usually take each fight.

But on the other hand, strikeforce contract offers much more freedom to fighters and so it goes all to his favor if somehow sambo matters to him more then money O.o

and now UFC is the only organization who is financially capable of affording fedor, but does that mean they will give him a better contract? would they meet i middle? would fedor finally give up all his demand and sell his soul to UFC?

No... if anything, this would be the turning point that would make Fedor sign with UFC. That's pretty much the only place he has left unless he wants to go back to Japan.

mmaweekly has an article saying they (managers) are trying to set up heiron vs diaz and rothwell or yvel vs werdum for strikeforce.
