Half the point of Punk back then was that everyone was shit and could barely play an instrument let alone perform.

Hell, John Lydon's audition was an accident and he opened saying he couldn't sing.

You a US Punk fan then? I recall there was a huge amount of animosity between US and UK Punk fans way back.

Those are the ones I grew up on, so those are the ones I like the best. I've heard some newer punk that is pretty good too.
