[Fairy] Radiance Linkshell Recruiting!

Hello, and greeting from Fairy Server. I am Seraphus, the leader of Radiance. We are a relatively low-numbers LS that has been active on Fairy Server since late November 2008. While we have accomplished a lot in the last 6, almost 7 months, we have been wanting to move on to bigger events such as Einherjar, and have been wanting to bolster our numbers in Dynamis for better amounts of AF and currency.

At the moment, we don't heavily camp HNMs, although we do occasionally have mules logged out at Khimaira and/or Cerberus. Our current schedule looks like this:

Sunday : Random Event* or Freeday
Monday : Dynamis at 9 PM EST
Tuesday : Limbus at 9 PM EST --- Sky/Sea Farming Afterwards
Wednesday : Random event* or Freeday
Thursday : Dynamis at 10 PM EST --- Event Afterwards if Dreamland
Friday : Limbus at 10 PM EST --- Sky/Sea Farming Afterwards
Saturday : Pop Day - Kirin, Ouryu, ,Sky Guards, Jailers, KS99, BV2, etc

And our generic requirements for joining the LS:
*Must have at least one Level 75 job
*Must have basic merits and gear expected of job(s)
*Must have at least the basic grasp of your job's mechanics.
*Must have access to Sky.
*Must have access to Sea
*Must have regular access to the linkshell website.
*Must be able to adhere to the linkshell's otherwise strict schedule.
*Access to Dynamis - Beaucedine at least, prefered.

I am posting today in hopes of finding a few new members to fill our roster.

Currently looking for the following:
White Mage - Must have Shellra V capped (bare minimum)
Summoner - Must have most, if not all nessecary gear.
Bard - Must have Troubadour/Nightingale meritted. Troubadour preferably capped. Must have BLM sub.
Black Mage - Must have elementary knowledge of the job, basic MAB and Elemental magic builds preferred.
Melee DD - Must have elementary TP setups, WS setups, and appropriate merits. Very Limited Slots

We are in particular need of people who can make events, as well as potentially be on at random hours to help if we claim things. We are starting to get a little heavier into this, and more participation would be appreciated.

I've known Seraphus for a few years now.

If I was in the right timezone, I would join this shell in a heartbeat. I know from experience of playing with Seraphus the ls will be well run and the members treated fairly.

Anyone wanting to get the best end gear in the game would do well to join this ls as I know they strive to do their best and will continue until they suceed!

Seraphus is a pretty good leader imo. When I ran with him a while back was always very fair to members and was good about how gear was distributed so it wasn't all going to certain people. Was always willing to put in the time to help gear people up and farm. He also sticks very well with his times and doesn't really stray to far from start times. If you put in the work with him, he'll make sure you get rewarded for your effort.

My only warning is don't let him pull on a dreamworld dynamis you sponsor. He can and will MPK you all with both Cactaurs and Hippogryphs while laughing about it maniacally on vent.
