Hopefully cheap. I'm not sure how much I'm willing to spend, I just know I have got it into my head that I want to learn guitar.
Post here or PM if you have a guitar.

I've been playing for over 15+ years and currently give lessons at a local music store on the weekends for a little extra cash. I also teach piano in my house a few days out of the week. TBH I need to know what you are looking to spend. I have a few Acoustic Guitars laying around collecting dust. They are not cheap ones but may be able to work something out. I also run into a lot of used guitars at the music store I give lessons at. Some are cheap and sound very good (by cheap I mean 100 bucks-300 bucks for trade in). Let me know what you are looking for. Do you want acoustic/electric, warm tone, any specific colors? I know a lot of people want to learn on a cheaper guitar, but imo you get what you pay for. Regardless of tuning if you buy super cheap your gonna hear it, at least on acoustic guitars. A friend of mine got a cheap epiphone for like $120 bucks once and compared it to its Gibson model. The tones were completely different and you could truly tell a difference. Also check your local music stores for a used selection. I picked up a Martin for my fiancee who wanted to learn (I'm very ocd about my instruments) for $450, its a $1400 guitar. So you can get quality at a cheaper price.
To be honest, I'm very cheap and don't have a lot of money to spend anyway. I figured that acoustic would not only be easier to learn on, but I wouldn't have to buy all the ecoutrements that are needed for electric. I really don't know what warm tone means, and as for colors (assuming you mean color of guitar) I don't really care haha.
Buy Fender CD-60 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar | 6 String Acoustic Guitars | Musician's Friend
Guy I am teaching has this and he's learning on. It doesn't sound too bad.
With the proper strings I think it could sound a lot better.
It's priced @ $199 but check Ebay or Guitarcenter. Might find one used for cheaper.
Thank you for the tip.
