    Honesty straight forth.

I laugh'd but in between laughs I found myself annoyed more than most movies do.

I give this movie a nay. The first 30minutes were good and humorous but after that the laughter came to a quick stop.

Im going to have to agree. I was laughing when I saw what I expected, then after about 30 minutes or so, everything just seemed re-hashed from Borat and more staged then anything....

Also was hoping for more then just a 90 minute real of mostly gay jokes. Should have had more "real encounters" then the random "story" bits.

It was entertaining to see people walk out of the movie again (Saw that at borat)

    Spoiler: show

The best joke was only laughed at by like 2 people, including myself. (Hitler reference. Something like "Only the 2nd Austrian to see....") Then the best part of the joke was the fact that he immediately made a direct Hitler reference by saying Hitler and the audience laughed.

I feel like most are going to waste their money b/c this is simply Borat 2, but I would advise anyone to just rent/download this. Its not worth the trip to the movies. Go see something else instead...

Saw this earlier today at a 5:15 showing and two things really surprised me. First was how few people there was in the theater. I figured it was just because it was an earlier show and some people were still working, but there was only 20-30 people in the show I went to. I've been to movies muuuch less popular on opening day that had lines waiting to get in, so I was expecting as much with this. Second thing that surprised, and also disappointed me, was how many good scenes were spoiled in the trailers. I thought the stuff they didn't show made up for it and I loved the movie, but thought it would have been better with just a few more surprises.

Also, I was wondering if there was more/less stuff blurred out in the Canadian and American theaters. Here (in Canada) the only dick/male nudity that wasn't blurred was the meatspin at the end of his pilot episode. I was just wondering because if it was the same way for you guys, then atleast in my opinion everyone's kind of exaggerating going "omgz too much dick!" over a whole ten seconds of it.

Last thing, one of the funniest moments for me was when the lights came on at the end and I saw a 65+ year old couple sitting only a few seats to my left. Even worse (or better?) was that my girlfriend said she heard the man laughing through the whole thing too lol. Best grandparents ever.

I saw it earlier and there weren't too many people. Ended up walking out after the psychic scene. There were a couple of genuine laughs but for the most part of what I watched it was shock for shock's sake and below juvenile. This movie is just bad taste.

I saw it today, thought it was okay. Some parts were pretty funny but most of the movie was kind of meh. The part with the whip lady was funny, and the part with him in the army was really funny too. I agree with whoever said that the beginning was really good and it went downhill from there.

I'd like to see a whole movie where he was famous in Austria, just being himself. I think that would be funnier? Maybe that's what he does in Da Ali G show though, and I just don't watch that show.

I was the only one in the theatre to laugh at that too, the direct Hitler reference sort of diminished the joke for me. I'm surprised people didn't like it as much as Borat, I suppose it is more of the same though but I enjoyed it regardless.

Also I dunno if anyone else who went at midnight had this experience, but at 21 years old I was the oldest person in the theatre watching...that was a bit disconcerting.

I agree, having read reviews that divulge some gags, and seen the rest on trailers there was very little original shit. I also noticed the stark lack of people between this and other movies. When I went to see Borat on opening night every seat was taken for every show that evening, and they even had the fire department on hand b/c of how packed everything was. This had easily ~40 free seats in the theater and not as many people laughed at as many jokes. My friends and I thought it was hilarious but I think the fact that this didn't do as well as expected has to do w/ the fact that people are still not comfortable about laughing at ignorance/bigoted towards gay people like they were about anti-semitism, foreigners and the other stuff he poked fun of in Borat since a large part of this country still are ignorant bigots when it comes to fags.

P.S. I was on the floor laughing from the Hitler jokes. Up there with Ricky Gervais and Mel Brooks in terms of making fun of WWII/Hitler/Holocaust.

The best part was that, in my showing, people took a while to leave. The insane gay sex with Diesel in the beginning? Fine. The meatspinning? Sure. The explicit air blowjob? Fine by them. No, it was the consentual sex between men and women that finally got people to leave. Amazing.

Also god bless Isla Fisher for sticking with Cohen while he made...this. I don't know ANY chick that cool
