An intelligent person would see the LS name and realize it's a joke. However, I'm sure there are plenty of gullible people out there who think the STF REALLY DOES have such a shell. I can understand SE wanting to protect their slower customers, but once the shell was broken, there was no need to suspend the character. A warning would have sufficed.

Pretty sure they don't issue warnings to players they've officially warned before. Said person in the screenshot got suspended because he had a strike on his account previously.

1st Strike: Warning.
2nd: Suspension.
3rd: Banhammer.
