You realise the normal NM is Rose Garden? Vilma pops when that isn't killed and has pretty much never been seen.

Vilma's obviously not that elusive if even wiki has an unclaimed screenshot of it? Then again there's pXI so meh. Either way, Rose Garden is basically the same thing as Voluptuous Vilma though I didn't initially realize that they were even seperate NMs since they shared the same drop <_>
