I agree Squall is pretty awful, but Zidane ain't that bad, imo.

Uh, Ad Hoc Party is a PS3 thing, it has nothing to do with the version of the game you have. If you download Ad Hoc Party you can play online.

Also, XLink Kai works as well.

Have you tried Dissidia online MisterBob? If so does it suffer from any lag? The only game I've used AdHoc with is Monster Hunter which works flawlessly, curious if it works as well with other games.

Yeah, it's fine. Dissidia also doesn't require the incredibly low latency that a lot of the 2D fighters out there do, so if there is any lag, I'm not noticing it.

For those interested in an undub, here's a little writeup I made about it

So I went to take a look inside that package.bin, it contains over 5000 files, whose names are just File00######.extension. A majority of those are also smaller archives themselves. I looked through a few, and the names don't look like they're going to be any help at all.

On the bright side, if the archives are organized in a way that all the sounds would be together, then you could probably just swap the archive. However, I have a feeling that they may not be like that.

One of the archives I opened had file names like, atkp(attack power?) comb(combo?) magi, effe, etc. It also included a "voic" and "snd"

So.. it looks like you will probably have to go into each archive, swap the voices, and rebuild them. That's going to be a lot of work.

I may be wrong though, only took a quick glance at it >.>

Guess you have to beat all story modes to get Distant Glory for Shantotto and Gabranth? I beat all of the Shade Impulses with no unlocks for Distant Glory or Inward Chaos

One thing I hate hate hate hate is that you can't dodge over a ledge. If you stand on top of a pillar you can't dodge in any direction, and it's fucking stupid.

All kidding aside, I haven't been able to successfully pull off a block or dodge in this game at all yet. -_-
