Umm... Are all veterans crafter would be screw by this?
Reason I ask because I have work very hard to get four mules to level 100+ on their craft skills.
Edit: did not feel like reading all seven pages in this thread perhaps someone else had already ask this question if the question was ask already then my post can be nuke.
Hey some of us look forward to doing the hagun ENM every 5 days to try to make some money from it. I've only been playing for 1.5 years and it's my first MMO and I somehow got the money for a hagun, I'm sure you can too.
I highly highly highly highly doubt that SE would make the augmented GKT better than a hagun. I bet it will be situational useful if even that. Like Hasso +2 or something on it.
Also, I don't think TP Bonus would be on of the FoV augments. That would just be broken. An onimaru with TP bonus would now be the king. If that would be possible, Onimarus would suddenly be 3 mil. I think that the Onimaru ENM is harder than the hagun one, and I'm sure you can't cheat it and duo it like you can with the hagun one. So, it could actually jump to more than 3 mil if FoV had the TP bonus augment.
been playing since 2003 and every day my belief that Seraph is one of (if not the) most retarded Server is affirmed. It's obviously not everyone but I've run into far more stupid people than I care to.
I would have bailed long ago if my RL buddies weren't also there with me. And you would not believe how hard it is to get people together to do anything . _ .
In my experience at least, it's been like pulling teeth. Doesn't matter if there's something in it for everyone either.
Like The Wind, Duoable.I think that the Onimaru ENM is harder than the hagun one, and I'm sure you can't cheat it and duo it like you can with the hagun one. So, it could actually jump to more than 3 mil if FoV had the TP bonus augment.
Did i mention Onimaru is a lolcommon drop?
I do agree though, TP bonus augment would be horribly broken and fly in the face of what the devs called a "mistake" (the TP bonus series weapons).
What if they gave a TP bonus of 10, 20, etc lol
Yes this was correct thank you. Silence was also a "Pact" Sylth used called Silf. His other "Pact" was Whispering Wind which took health off a mob and healed the party by the same amount. She was in the past a Wind element hence why Garuda and her are basically the same. So basically I was being silly and apologise for that.
Though back on track. I'd be a little upset if I had spent loads on a Cuchulain's Mantle as Amemet Mantle +1 and Commander's Cape now have a great potential, maybe even Settler's Cape.
Mostly just looking forward to Warwolf Belt and Hierach Belt myself, they have a great potential to take back their place as main waist item.
First to augment their Sonic Belt wins a prize!
am i missing something?
i thought the only weapons that can be augmented are those that will be newly introduced "specially synthed" weapons that SE will add this patch
i dont think existing WEAPONS can be augmented
just armor maybe for FOV augments
and for the last time, RA and EX items cant be augmented i think
cuchu speed belt etc recommendation can gtfo
Weapons can be augmented via FoV, wither old or not, so long as they are not rare, ex or charged. Though they cannot be augmented via the new Pixie quest, only the new weapons.
Speed belt cant be augmented correct, but Sonic Belt can. I did not state to try and augment Cuchulain's Mantle ether, just that some of the older back pieces could now be potentially better than it. Unlikely as it is.
Uh he's talking about being upset that his Cuchulain Mantle could be out classed via FoV augmented Settler Capes, Amemet Mantles, and Commander Capes.
He's also jokingly talking about augmenting Sonic Belts, which as we all know, don't have a rare tag, so could in theory be augmented. Sonic Belt =! Speed Belt. You can also already augment weapons in FoV, so yes, you can augment weapons, and will probably be able to augment weapons up to lv75 non rare non ex-tagged. Unless for some reason they don't include post 50 weapons, which would be dumb.
The only person misunderstanding here is youWeapons are already augmentable, people have done it, and now people are excited about the prospect of augmenting things like Haguns. (Not Rare, Not Ex, and already a good weapon)
ok so i missed out the entire weapon part in FOV then.....cos all i see in media section are people augmenting their life belt etc havent really seen a weapon
let the FOV begin then (im 0 tabs >_<)
I think that may be because pre50 weapons aren't nearly as useful post50 as some pre50 armor is. However, with this update, it won't matter because you can augment at any level, so non rare/ex weapons are probably gonna get hit hard.
Coming to a store near you:
Machauatil+1 w/ -25 MP -15 VIT +1 light resist
Hagun w/ Slow+12%
etc.
Thanks Rocl![]()
SE wont make that happen to hagun
they love sam and they are going to make hagun an amano +1
just watch it be +8 str +8 dex and oh a penalty for hagun but blessing in disguise, delay +50
So far from what I have seen on FoV from myself and others is:
Str, Dex, Vit, Agi, Int, Mnd, Chr +/-2 max
Evasion, Attack, Accuracy, Ranged Attack, Ranged Accuracy +3 max
HP, MP +/-15 max
HP, MP Recovered while Healing +3 max
Enmity +/-2 max
Elemental Resistance (all) +15 max
Resist Bind, Blind, Charm, Curse, Gravity, Paralyze, Petrify, Poison, Silence, Sleep, Slow, Stun +2 max
Maximum of 3 positives and 3 negatives it seems. Possible to get 3 positives without a negative, also visa-versa, also possible to get both, 3 positive and negative, or just a mix and match, but never more.
Going by the example SE gave and excluding them adding new possibilities it would seem that you could essentially times the above possibilities by about 2.5. Probably not going to work like this but just some food for thought.
EDIT: (Seen a picture on here outside of these maximums, an AGI+3 Holy Breastplate. Most others seem to be within the boundaries or from another event not FoV).
That whole FoV Augment system is so flawed and craptastic that words can't describe it...
Not even MMM and fish ranking comes close to this bullshit.
I am going to hate this update when AH prices rocket like hell.
Oh for some reason I completely overlooked that ENM and I thought it only dropped from Totentanz.
Is it really that common of a drop? Wiki has it listed at 3/44 (6.8%) for Like the Wind but no data on how common it is from Totentanz.
Oh and I feel like a noob for forgetting that onimaru was rare lol. But in my defense I only owned one for about 5 days, hated it, sold it and just used my sobo for stuff until I bought my hagun. And no, I didn't bring my SAM to events while I had my sobo. I didn't start bringing my SAM to stuff until I had a hagun and good gear.
I'm going to be so scared to FoV augment my hagun. I'm gonna wait on some SSs on here until I decide if I'm gonna or not. Will probably end up doing it because the thought of making my hagun even better is just too tempting.
