I severely doubt that any sort of mentionable testing has been done regarding whether or not the two direct accuracy enhancements stack. I'd chalk that up to someone saying it 'that one time', which ended with the rest of the summoner community blindly accepting it over time.

Of course, I'm basing this on the fact that there's really been no formal avatar accuracy testing at all, making the likelihood of there having been any testing regarding such a trivial matter quite low.

Anyway, I went ahead and put Macc/Matk and Double/Crit on mine first time around, Realized Double Attack didn't proc in the BP and went ahead and got the PLD armor >.>

I believe the consensus was that it does, but it just adds a normal attack. So on stuff where your avatar melees for like 20 dmg, it's worthless, but semi-noticeable on lower level stuff.

I wish I could remember which thread it was where people tested smn stuff in standard when acp body came out.

I never saw that on ZAM. I did see someone attempt small tests on KI though, and his results could swing either way.

To think they don't stack is honestly stupid. Why would SE decide these two pieces, of all the accuracy gear in the game, shouldn't stack?
