as in Ksandra, let's say you and me go grab a couple of 40s of Old English before that whole 'being married' thing takes effect

old english filled my mind and I came up with a funky rhyme
How does it feel having to get married to insure you against the very real possibility that you'd never be able to find another person willing to accept you?
real talk
This, I remember this like best buddy of my ex-husband's didn't even bother coming to our wedding which was in NORFOLK when she was in Richmond (an hour and 15 minutes drive away) but she expected us to shell out two grand per person to go to her fucking Disneyland wedding at Cinderella Castle in Orlando (seriously, two fucking grand, wtf.) I told her to go fuck herself.
kk guess it's back to the church thingie
My draw when considering destination weddings is no one has to come. I seriously hate weddings, I hate going to them, I hate being apart of them. Being able to have my friends and family skip the shitty part and just enjoy getting drunk as fuck at a reception planned the following weekend is the draw for me.
That or only invite very important people that you really want there, who wouldn't bitch about having to pay (i.e. parents or those who are very close to you); inviting people to a destination wedding is kind of defeating the point, in my opinion.
Boats 'n Hoes!
Skirkle beat me to the original punchline..
