I always liked Jackie Chan and Will Smith + family, his kid is soooo cute. You can tell he has the acting gene, too. I can't wait to see this :3 It might suck, but it looks like it has a decent shot at being good.

I just wanted to point out that it seems to no longer have anything to do with kung fu in the name. If you watch until the end of the trailer it is now the Karate Kid, so flames away about it ruining the original! As if there was something truly there to ruin. It's a movie to get another generation of children interested in karate again, I know it worked for me the first time around.

Chan is a kung fu fighter not karate. And afaik he is learning Kung Fu in the film.

kung fu is a chinese martial art. Karate is japanese. Even if the movie was named "Karate kid" wouldn't make sense taking place in china. Looks pretty meh though

i dont find jaden smith any fun to watch compared to other child genious actors(like the boy from the 6th sense) but ill bootleg it for kicks and see if its worth a higher quality download later on the road!

Jackie Chan is pretty awesome, in most of his older movies he would do all his own stunts, some crazy shit they would show you after the end of the movies. Not a big fan of Jaden Smith however.
