problem with flash media live encoder

I installed FME 3 to go with webmax, and everything works fine.

But when i start the encoder, after 10sec it stop encoding video, which means that my stream turns offline.

If i use Ustream encoder we can see but it'S blurry a bit.

I followed Mojo guide, for how programming the FME and i linked with with my ustream account for the <stream> and <url> tag

    anyone got any ideas?

Ok i got more time now so i will explain more of what i did

    I am on windows 7 64 bits.

    1) I downloaded and install webcam max 5.2.0.2
    2) i tried to install the capture driver but is says it failed (pretty sure it was because windows 7 wasn't supported yet)

    3) i tried the Alpha version 6.0.1.9
the driver worked and when i open FME 3.0 the driver says Webcam max Fast.

so i configured all and i see a black screen in preview.

    4) i semi ignore it and i configure it with the <url> and <stream> of the xml from ustream to connect.

    5) everything connect but when i click start to encode, it encode video for like 2sec then stop encoding it.

So i wonder if the problem is the Webcam max alpha driver, or FME that can't see it well.

Anyone else tried this on Windows 7?
