What do you do when Mom finds you on Facebook?

Eh, I didn't have one till there was a thread about a group or w/e here on BG. Needless to say, weeks after a few of my friends found my ass... which is cool, btw. My mum knows about computers what I know about fuel injection; irregardless, I wouldn't mind if she asked to befriend. What I really can't stand are those people that have to update their fucking status several times a day, really?

My mom does not have a facebook nor does she want one but I wouldn't mind adding her. I don't do much stupid shit and if I do, I don't take pictures as evidence. I do have my mom's friend (which also happens to be my sister's ex-BF's mom) on FB. Is that weird?

The only thing frustrating about my facebook is that my parents check it all the time and if I say something in my status and they don't like it, they harass me about it.

How likely are 4chan able to hack your FB passwords?

No more likely than any other online system since I'm pretty sure FB does limit invalid attempts per unit of time; use strong passwords and you should be fine.

I renamed Firefox 'Internet' because, after I installed it, she claimed she didn't have internet access on her laptop anymore for a good week or so. Once the already-familiar icon simply had its name changed, she was good to go.

Then again, when the DSL internet ran slow (low signal strength, or her ten year old laptop just running slow) she would connect a phone line and run AOL dial up too.

ROFL I do that too whenever I reinstall windows on the folks computer, though I actually replace the Firefox Icon with the IE Icon, and rename. Apparently the internet doesn't work if your inputting wrong URL's.
