Haven't we had several topics like this over and over again? Someone take all of them and compile them together in a BG cookbook.

BLT's, or even better, turkey melts.

If I have to tell you what's in a BLT... ;p

For a fantastic turkey melt, get some good, big (wide, not thick) sliced whole wheat bread. Toast it about halfway. Toss on some sliced turkey, on both sides, then some bacon on each side. Top each side with your favorite cheese, I prefer either white American or Provolone. Toss that into a toaster oven or regular oven until the cheese melts and the bread is nice and golden. Add in some sliced tomato, a bit of onion, leaf lettuce, some mayo, and a good dijon mustard.

Grilled cheese, with a slice of tomato with a bit of garlic powder and seasoned salt.

Or, plain grilled cheese, with campell's tomato soup (with milk not water >.>), toss in some chunks of tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, etc.

French Onion soup, powdered onion soup mix, saute some fresh onions, make the soup mix, cook it with the onions, top with thick toasted french bread and whichever white cheese is your favorite. Gruyère (cheese) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia is the classic.

Easy breakfast burritos. Keep a tube of sausage around, cook up however many chunks you need. Scramble some eggs with salsa (put the salsa directly in the eggs, along with a bit of cheese, and some seasoned salt, or various seasonings if you prefer, and a bit of water, scramble until bubbly in a glass before cooking). Heat up tortillas, toss the sausage in with the eggs when they're almost done, top with cheese then, and cover pan so it melts. Put all that in the tortilla, add a bit more salsa and some picante sauce.

The burritos are still pretty damn good reheated, too.

    Anything on a tortilla.

For me it usually involves some sort of meat, cheese, and sauces, wrapped up in a tortilla shell and melted together (in a microwave).

Lately I've been tossing in walnuts randomly. Mixing in different ingredients makes for nice varieties.

Oh, another one my dad likes is ghetto stroganoff.

Big pot, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, big chunks of beef. Serve on egg noodles.
