It's "out" in Japan

edit: And in other news.. RIP DS-Rom-news? SAY IT AINT SO someone help me find a new site

[Atreides]

romulation.net usually has scene releases as soon as they come out

but yeah the problem these days seems to be that the release teams seem to be all but dead, except for 1 or 2

[Yuri-G]

any news on a stateside release? haven't seen anything on the internet. this better come over here or I swear to god, I'm gonna have to choke a couple bitches at Atlus. I'm sick of relying on fan translations for some of their best games.

[Atreides]

Atlus is going to localize this btw, scheduled for a Spring 2010 US release.

The Japanese rom has been out for a while in case anyone is fatlus enough to play that

[Gokulo]

To be more precise March 10 is the announced date.

[Yuri-G]

I am glad not to have to choke any bitches. can't wait!
