I think it probably has to do with a guys mindset. A single guy is more prone to find a picture of his girl that is like "Hay, look at this hot bitch I'm slaying", while a married guy is more like "this is the normal looking chick I'm spending the rest of my life with".

Also, I'll look for a pic of her on facebook. My wife unfriended her though, so the selection will probably be minimal.
