I think making passive income takes a lot of effort to create, dont expect to just put your money somewhere without working to make it passive one day.

After all, money is a valuation of your efforts while dealing with humanity, might as well put some elbow grease with your money once you get enough saved up to do something with it.

But if you really dont want to work with your money i recommend serif, he is my personal advisor to all things personal income related.

Another possibility, is selling a micro-loan from them websites. High risk, good returns?

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Make small loans to 3rd world countries...

Yeah, I've heard about websites setting those up. Kiva doesn't pay interest, but some loans through Microplace do. Tops out at 6% right now, and of course carries some risk. Definitely interesting though.

It is a good thing you pay it off seeing how you have the 1year no interest, if I remember correctly your interest will be a lot higher after this period is over. Well higher as in higher than the average, not higher as in you were paying 0% lulz.

im at 18% total for 2 locked years through wells fargo on my college account. Most people that i know at my age are 22.5% and their 0 interest is 3-6 months, so all those months of having my phone bill in my name were good for somethin i guess

    Having credit is retardedddddddd

Sorry, I plan to live my life with a credit/FICO score of 0

Just try to pay off your student loans quickly seeing how those type of loans seem to linger around forever. :D

How much you paying on your student loans a month? There is some passive income Well not really passive but you know what I mean dog!

There's nothing wrong with credit if you know how to not be retarded with money.

There is nothing wrong with credit until Murphy gets up all in yo shit.

Already been approved for 200k loan on a house and will never do credit on a car, 485 a month no thanks.

The common misconception of having to have a FICO is great though! Keep on believing it!

Oh not doing the 200k on a house though, waiting to get more of a down payment.

Leaning on credit "when murphy gets all up in yo shit" = being retarded with it.

And I'd say you got lucky. My mom worked for a mortgage broker and the difference in how every element of the system would treat you with a 700+ over a sub-600 was like night and day.

The only difference I ever noticed talking to a couple of brokers is getting a FHA Loan compared to a Conventional. Also, the % wasn't a huge jump compared to what most people think.

Why I love loaners who do manual underwriting! Even though it is rare.

    Wat?

    Spoiler: show
and I don't mean "omg how did you get approved for a home loan without a credit score", I mean "how do you expect to 'not have a credit score' when you are taking out and repaying a home loan?"

    I'll repeat again.
Buy Birkin > markup 30% > sell > instant profit

Latest Hermes's figures. It's defying the credit crunch. Why? Demand > Supply for Birkins.

Still doing research on that but I am pretty sure that freezing your credit score lasts up to 7 years, can lift it at any time you wish.

Serif what you are saying makes no sense whatsoever. If you have any loan of any kind you will have a credit score. School loan, or mortgage. Why are you acting as if there is a connection between your credit score and your behavior towards money/spending?

You do realize your credit score is just a rating system right? Just because you have a high credit score does not mean you have to spend lots of money and run up a lot of dept. Maybe I am being wooshed but you are sounding awfully ignorant about money/finances and what having credit means right now.
