I will say this though, Allza & Tiffy on Asura are some of my fav. tanks ever, but I'll totally throw a "GET BACK TO THE MAGES!" at other good female players, mostly because a.) they do have cooking leveled and they are 75% healers or support.

Most female DD's though are so annoyingly territorial about their job. Samurai only players are like a fucking pissing contest on Asura, they'd all be like "Okay, You have me + 1 other SAM in LS, can we close recruitment now? No Q_Q fine I'm quitting!" and rinse repeat.
